This is a kind reminder that pursuant to Ocean Reef Community Association Rules found in the Handbook, page 53:

All commercially licensed vehicles, construction and service vehicles (trucks, vans, trailers, etc.) must have the name of the business and/or Owner operator, location and telephone number posted on the side of the vehicle in neat and readable lettering.

Our Community Partners,

As a friendly reminder, the first school day for students at The Academy at Ocean Reef is next Tuesday;- please be mindful of traffic in the area of the school,- as well as the school bus stops for Monroe County School buses picking students up on Ocean Reef.

We have begun reminding all contractors (Chamber members) who enter our property, and therefore, in our effort to continue "setting the positive example", I ask that you please remind our fellow team members that School is Starting, and to be cognizant of the children traveling to/from school.

Deputies and Public Safety Officers will be patrolling the South Harbor area next week,- and we have placed reminder signs on South Harbor this week.
