Ocean Reef Chamber Scholarship Application (2026-2027)

Please provide your personal contact information and details about the school or trade program you will attend for the 2026-2027 academic year. Ensure your contact details are accurate so the Scholarship Committee can easily reach you regarding your application.

Please provide your parent or guardian's details, as well as information about their employer. The employer must be an active Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce member and acts as the sponsor for your application. We will contact the business to verify active chamber membership and that your parent/guardian has met the one-year full-time employment requirement.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and your contributions to the community. Use this section to tell the Selection Committee why you are a strong candidate for this award. Please provide details about your involvement in community service, extracurricular activities, clubs, or athletic teams, and be sure to highlight any special achievements or recognition you have received.

To complete your application, you must provide two (2) letters of recommendation written within the last 12 months. These letters must be from someone other than a family member, such as a teacher, employer, coach, or community leader. Please provide the contact details for your two references below.

Note: You will be asked to upload the actual letters of recommendation in the final section of this form.
