The Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce proudly recognized five exceptional local students during its annual Scholarship Check Presentation Ceremony held at Carysfort Hall on July 28th and 29th.
The Chamber’s Scholarship Program was established to invest in the future of our community by helping deserving students pursue higher education. This year’s recipients were selected by the Chamber’s Scholarship Committee based on their academic achievements, leadership, community involvement, and future aspirations.
The Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce is pleased to congratulate Ariana Gonzalez, David De Paz, Emily Rosu, Kaelyn Buck, and Skylar Tudor, each of whom received a $1,000 scholarship to assist with their educational journey.
“Supporting the next generation of leaders is one of the most meaningful things we do as a Chamber,” said Nicole Navarro, Executive Director of the Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce. “These students have worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, and we are honored to play a small role in helping them achieve their goals. On behalf of our Board of Directors and Scholarship Committee, congratulations to each of them. We wish them continued success in their academic and professional futures.”
The Chamber extends its sincere appreciation to Board President Ken Reda and the members of the Scholarship Committee for their dedication to reviewing applications and selecting this year’s recipients.
The Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce would also like to thank the many Chamber members, sponsors, golfers, and volunteers who participated in the 14th Annual Ocean Reef Chamber Golf Tournament this past May. Proceeds from the tournament directly fund the Chamber’s annual scholarship program, making opportunities like these possible for local students.
The continued generosity and support of our members not only strengthen the business community but also create lasting opportunities for young people throughout Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys.
